About the event
Arrive from 3:45pm for a warming cup of herbal tea before we begin our practice. Get cosy with blankets, bolsters, eye pillows and calming essential oil blends. Surrounded by candlelight and incense, you'll each have your own heated eye mask which is beautifully warming and relaxing. For just an investment of £20, you'll emerge feeling revived and with your soul soothed.
